In 2015 we successfully became the owners of the Villa Dolce Vita at Lago di Garda by the means of Garda Real Estate. From the first meeting up until the signing of the final notary contracts, everything proceeded at a highly professional level and what is more, in a an extremely short time (beginning to completion within 6 months). When we started the project of building our own house at Lake Garda, we were a bit worried about all the work and coordination that would be required while being quite far away. What we learned very quickly is that with Mr. Castlunger we had the most talented, experienced and reliable architect one could think of. He has led the project extremely professionally and guided us through all required steps. Not only did he plan and construct a perfect house which fulfills all our needs and goes beyond our expectations. He also helped us obtain all the required approvals and got closely involved in the notary process. On top of this Mr. Castlunger was an amazing consultant in selecting all materials. He was extremely flexible whenever we had any ideas for changes and ensured highest quality in constructing our house. He very successfully managed the whole process including expenses and sub-contractors as promised and agreed. We would always build our next home again with him and we will always recommend him to friends!
