After his studies in Innsbruck and Venice, Dr. Arch. Karl Heinz Castlunger … before returning to South Tyrol in Italy to start his own studio, “L’ Atelier” in 1991, renown for sustainable and close to nature construction materials, a symbiosis of traditional and contemporary award-winning design with over 500 successful projects with a focus on holiday and recreational properties.
Dr. Arch. Castlunger ideas are executed by a dynamic team of 4 in Italy and is externally enhanced by his son Jan Marc Castlunger, ETH Architect at Herzog & de Muron in Basel, CH.

Financing &

Development

With over a decade of experience in the area of Torri del Benaco, Dr. Arch. Castlunger is fully integrated and well familiarised in the legal administrative processes of the local authorities. Established cooperation with contractors and supplier from South Tyrol as well as the leading local craftsman has led to remarkable developments at the highest quality standard, all completed in a timely manner at utmost professional fashion. Support on getting bank financing, commercial and legal advice is provided by Garda Real Estate through Dr. Kevin Karl Castlunger, an Associate at Savills’ investment team in Berlin.

In order to make Your experience of furnishing and decorating a new Villa on the Lake as smooth as possible, Mrs. Antjesusann Castlunger’s talent, expertise and contacts will guide you though the possibilities of a thoughtful and creative interior design. She has worked in fashion and hospitality for three decades, is a regular at “Maison&Objet” in Paris and through Castlunger Interior has led over 100 clients to cozier and more fashionable homes in and around the Alps.
